Ingredients
Patties
- 1 (12 oz) can chicken breast or 2 cooked chicken breasts (see notes)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I shred my own)
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of salt
Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish (not sweet)
- 1–2 tbsp keto ketchup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp mustard
Optional Topping
- Handful of shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1–2 tbsp ranch – Homemade Keto Ranch Seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all patty ingredients (except optional topping) in a bowl until fully combined.
- Scoop mixture onto a parchment-lined baking pan and flatten into patty shapes.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While patties bake, mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Optional: mix shredded lettuce with ranch for a topping. Top patties with sauce, then lettuce mixture if desired.
- Serve the extra sauce as a dipping sauce or drizzle on top.
