This Keto Chicken Alfredo is one of those dinners I make on repeat when I need something quick, comforting, and family-friendly. It’s made with tender pan-seared chicken, my homemade keto Alfredo sauce, and served over low-carb noodles like Palmini or zoodles.
It’s rich, creamy, and comes together in under 30 minutes — perfect for busy weeknights when you still want a real, satisfying meal.
This creamy Alfredo pairs beautifully with my Keto Almond Flour Bread. Slice it, brush with butter, sprinkle with garlic and salt, add parmesan and mozzarella, and bake until bubbly for an easy low carb garlic bread side.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed or sliced into strips
- 2 teaspoons homemade ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Prepared Keto Alfredo Sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
For serving (optional):
- Palmini fettuccine noodles
- Zucchini noodles (zoodles)
- Broccoli, cauliflower, or spaghetti squash
Instructions
- Cube or slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces or strips.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and season with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mostly cooked through.
- Turn the heat up slightly and let the chicken brown for another 2–3 minutes. This adds great flavor and texture.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in your prepared keto Alfredo sauce. Stir gently to coat all the chicken.
- Let everything simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over your favorite keto noodles and enjoy!
