Keto Cheesy Bread (Pizza-Style)

This keto cheesy bread is more like the cheesy bread you’d get from a pizza restaurant than traditional breadsticks — soft in the middle, slightly crisp on the edges, and loaded with melty cheese and garlic flavor. It’s easy to make, low carb, and perfect for dipping in marinara or ranch on busy nights.

This keto cheesy bread is perfect for dipping, especially alongside my Easy Homemade Spaghetti Sauce for a classic, low-carb comfort meal.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 60–90 seconds, until melted and stretchy.
  3. While the cheese is warm, add:
    • Almond flour
    • Beaten egg
    • Melted butter
    • Baking powder
    • Salt
    • Italian seasoning
    • Garlic powder
    • Grated parmesan
  4. Mix well until a thick dough forms. The dough will be sticky but moldable.
  5. Transfer dough to the parchment-lined baking sheet. Place a second piece of parchment on top and gently press the dough into a flat rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with extra mozzarella and parmesan.
  7. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until set and lightly golden on the edges.
